Karen "KFC" Blanchette is host, creator, and producer of two popular podcasts, the PodChick show (podchick.com) and SKYDIVERGIRLS (skydivergirls.com). She is also cohost of ShowGirls. In May 2005, KFC discovered podcasting. She knew it was time to apply her MBA and years of C-level experience to her passion of making people feel good. She started PodChick and it was quickly picked up by Adam Curry's PodShow to be one of their first Podcasts.
Today it is a thriving empowerment and self-help audio show where people can learn how to view their lives in a positive light and have more fun! KFC has been quoted in such books as "Promoting your Podcast", interviewed by multiple magazines, and her philosophies shared around the globe. She has twice been a guest on NBC promoting SKYDIVERGIRLS (her empowering video podcast) and was a finalist in DOVE's ad contest giving her national exposure on several TV networks. KFC is also an avid skydiver currently training for a world record.
