Dr. Vivian Vasquez is a Professor and Director of Curriculum and Instruction at American University in Washington DC,where she uses podcasting as a tool for teaching, learning, and researching. She hosts the Critical Literacy in Practice Podcast (CLIP). She also produces and creates podcasts with classroom teachers and primary school children.
Prior to teaching at AU, she was, for fourteen years, a public school and pre-school teacher in Canada.
